Privacy Policy

Class (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information and promptly and effectively address related concerns.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes.
Personal information will not be used for purposes other than those stated below. If the purpose of use changes, the Company will take necessary measures, including obtaining separate consent.

1. Class Participation Application
   

   Personal information is processed to contact and notify applicants, including by text message, in order to confirm class participation applications.

Article 2 (Personal Information Processed)

The Company processes the following personal information.

1. Required for class participation applications: name, contact information, email address, etc.

Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)

1. The Company processes and retains personal information for the period prescribed by law or for the retention and use period agreed to by the user when the information was collected.
2. The processing and retention period for each category is as follows.

Article 4 (Destruction of Personal Information)

1. When personal information is no longer needed due to expiration of the retention period or fulfillment of the processing purpose, the Company destroys it within five days.
2. If personal information must continue to be retained under another law even after the agreed retention period has expired or the processing purpose has been fulfilled, it will be moved to a separate database or stored in a separate location.
3. The procedures and methods for destruction are as follows.

      The Company selects personal information eligible for destruction and destroys it with the approval of the Company's Privacy Officer.

   2. Destruction Method

      Personal information stored electronically is destroyed using methods such as low-level formatting so that it cannot be recovered. Paper records are shredded or incinerated.

Article 5 (Rights and Obligations of Users and Legal Representatives, and How to Exercise Them)

1. Users may exercise the following privacy rights against the Company at any time.

   2. Request correction of errors
   3. Request deletion
   4. Request suspension of processing
2. The rights under Paragraph 1 may be exercised in writing, by telephone, email, or fax, and the Company will respond without delay.
3. If a user requests correction or deletion of personal information, the Company will not use or disclose that information until the request has been completed.
4. For children under 14, the rights under Paragraph 1 may be exercised through a legal representative or authorized agent. The legal representative has all rights of the user in this regard.
5. Users must not violate applicable laws or infringe the personal information or privacy of themselves or others processed by the Company.

Article 6 (Automatic Collection Technologies and How to Refuse Them)

The Company uses cookies that store and retrieve user information to provide personalized services.

1. Purpose of Cookies

   To analyze visit frequency and duration, understand user preferences and interests, track usage, measure event participation and repeat visits, and provide targeted marketing and personalized services.

2. How to Refuse Cookies

   Users may refuse cookies. However, some services that require login may not function properly if cookies are refused.
